whitwam AV integration is the specialist AV installation and integration division of Whitwam Group; an independent and privately owned company that first opened for business in 1909.

Our High Street shop in Winchesters High Street shut over 20 years ago. However, the ethos of the company remains as accurate today as it did in 1909, with integrity and commitment to supplying the very best solution at all times.

Over the past 35 years, the AV installation and integration division has evolved, and with the changing world of technology and venue requirements, we’ve expanded our range and knowledge base. We still work with our first client, Winchester Cathedral. We have worked hand in hand with them, taken them through the progression that running a world-famous Cathedral demands, recently this has included a significant upgrade of their complete AV requirements.

We are probably best known for our work in Houses of Worship; however, we support many Societies and Scientific Bodies in London and elsewhere. These include The Royal Society, The Academy of Medical Sciences, Royal Aeronautical Society and many more. With complex listed and historic buildings, we work carefully and considerately to maximise the environment for AV while creating minimal impact.

Working in Corporate locations allows us to install and integrate as part of the original building plan, rather than retrofitting. We’ve worked in headquarters for energy and oil companies, and installed the latest LED walls, digital booking systems and specialist video collaboration systems.

Alongside Corporate we work in the Public Sector too, across Education, Emergency Services control rooms, and county and city councils also.

Our work in the Education and Youth Care has enabled caregivers and social work teams to facilitate independence for young adults while protecting themselves and others. It has also allowed social workers working with vulnerable children, the chance to discuss their needs while recording their conversations in an easy to use and unobtrusive manner.

Being part of a larger group, and one in which we have all grown together makes us stronger and more adaptable, it enables us to offer solutions to more complex specifications. It also allows us to provide a complete solution, rather than only a small part of it.

The other two elements of the company are designed. event production and videofrog.

designed. event production produces a diverse range of corporate events, conferences, product launches, award dinners and ceremonies and much more for a wide range of national and international brands.
They provide unparalleled service to creative agencies that partner with them.
They produce innovative and dynamic event productions and has seen them move into livestreaming, creating complex video walls, and use projected image blending to fill large venues.
They work alongside videofrog, especially on livestreaming and live event filming. Working alongside and with videofrog gives them a solution, most other AV production companies would struggle to provide.

videofrog launched in 2013 to satisfy the increasing demand for corporate video production services. By creating a dedicated, focused team, we have gone from strength to strength in delivering first-class quality service. videofrog is the video engine for creative agencies who don’t have the scope or desire to have a video department of their own.
Partnering with them, they can make use of all their services and facilities, producing affordable, commercially viable videos for their clients.
